I sold a lady my brand new blue MK crossbody. This lady mase a claim saying it isn't blue. Poshmark let her win. Now she is sending me back a cream bag that is stained and rusting. Basically she switched the bags. Now she is sending me her old cream bag and keeping mine. Please know that Poshmark didn't answer my emails or respond to my plea for help. I made Poshmark a lot of money and they do this to me??? Watch out you will get scammed like I did!!!

Banner stopping my purchase.

Banner pops onto screen telling me my postal code is incorrect and I must change.it is Not Incorrect! This shuts me out from completing my purchasing for the day and it has been the cause of being blocked by Posh Sellers and Ambassadors. This is not fair and very bad...

There is no recourse on the site to issue a complaint thru the telephone as it does not answer and one cannot leave a message…. By explaining problems about a difficult or unknowledgable seller, they apologize on her behalf, but the situation is not cleared up… my parcel had the wrong postal address placed on it …as well as another buyers purchase sooo she received my parcel and I received hers… I’ve had no instruction from Poshmark administration… they asked me to provide order # and address of the other buyer who has my purchase.

I cannot obtain that information from my purchase page and I had many parcels that day so the envelopes went into the trash… I told admin that they have the information as they can access every persons purchase page and they have more power to get that information from their very own seller..? I’ve not had such an unorganized recourse from any other online site….

I’ve read a few comments on Poshmark administration being less than helpful and *** nothing of it then… now I want answers about my refund and I’m not getting anything concrete from them online and as mentioned… any phone # supplied from Google search does not take incoming calls…. What to do next?

Id invite you to discuss with your sellers why I have been blocked from purchasing…. Let them know it’s up to them to explain what I have done incorrectly and let it be rational. No overwrought hormonal reactions… i don’t know why I’m being blocked

Bad customer service, no refund for lost order

I contacted posh 3 times with no reply back, which is suspicious, to let them know an Order I shipped to a very good and loyal customer, has been lost, as tracking show no trace since the 13th of Nov, but posh mark never contacted back, and did not refund buyer, but automatic marked as order complete. That is ridiculous since the order was never delivered and the shipping label is from them, , so they have to take responsibility. If poshmark doesn't refund buyer, I will refund her and will have no choice but to file a complaint with BBB and Consumer Affair. That won't be good for their reputation now, would it? Not recommended customer service wise.

Order lost and poshmark did not refund buyer but authomatic marked as order complete

Follow up of previous complaint

It way trying, but Poshmark did stand behind their policies and accept my return for a full refund. Whereas before I said never again, now I have more confidence in future purchases. Just a general buyers beware to do your homework before you make a purchase, especially if its thousands of dollars.

Losing money, forced to lower prices as well as shipping costs and having Poshmark tell us we have to lower prices and they hold our stuff hostage for a full 90 days

Shipping costs went from $12.99 up to $13.49 and then they charge extra tax on top. Light items should be shipped for less than $2.00 yet we are paying $14.16 and they make money off us. They refuse to post our lower price to likers unless it's been lowered within the 90 days. Wtf

i did not purchase 800 item....i cintsct my bank...poshmark took 2 days to reply and said item was purchased on my device therefor its dine deal...i did not ...my account and device hacked....i alsi got 922 dollar someine ordered speakers on Amaxon on my bank card i got email in my devoce

Oh my God, customers complained, they took money without notice the customers , and customers said didn’t purchased nothing , it is not right , I change my mind in regard to selle my products to this company . Very much désappointement .
