Tried to sell some dresses and got scammed via email Tried to contact poshmark support center and they did nothing to help just told me to try dispute the charge and file a police report The scammers run rampant and they do nothing to prevent it

DThey allow scammers to scam you and take no accountability to try help you get your money back ! They just tell you to file a police report

Issue with Customer Service

I ordered an item. My credit card was charged for item. Seller did not ship or respond to messages. Days later item was marked as sold. I am due a refund. Poshmark is very challenging to contact. I may have to ask my bank to step in. It should not this difficult.

User's recommendation: Be very careful. Sellers are not held accountable.
